Even at an elevation of 9,000ft the July summer heat can be brutal. Forget about turning on the oven or spending longer in the kitchen than you absolutely have to. And thank goodness for simple dinners like this one.
Ella had never tasted Yoshida before (it's an awesome teriyaki style marinade) nor had she tried any type of soy sauce or panzu. We held our breath with the first spoonful and then became overjoyed with her reaction. She LOVED it!
