Slow Cooked Sensations

Until recently I never thought of cooking baby food in a crock pot. But omigosh, it is the best way to prepare all types of yummy dishes for your little one! It's so easy, doesn't take much time at all, not dangerous, and the end result is a meal so tender that its perfect for little mouths that are just learning how to chew. Below are a few of my favorite go to dishes that the whole family loves. SOUTHWESTERN CHICKEN 'N RICE 3 chicken breasts (sliced into strip if desired) 1 jar mild salsa (we like the chunky kind) 1 16 oz can diced tomatoes 1. Combine all 3 ingredients in slow cooker. 2. Cook on low (6-8 hours) or high (3-4 hours). 3. Shred chicken once tender. 4. Serve over brown rice or top with cheese.
