  This dish was a hit! My daughter loved playing with the pasta and it was plenty filling for her dad. I was skeptical about adding mushrooms (because my 13 month old had never tried them) but they blended in so well with the tortellini that she didn't even notice! Recipe: Baked Pesto Tortellini
