It's also a great way to reinvent leftovers from the day before.
To make choose your veggies and protein and chop into pieces small enough for you little one to swallow. Smother mixture onto 1/2 of a corn or flour tortilla. Microwave (or bake) until cheese has melted and serve once completely cooled!
